Intelligent Temperature Control in Fish Sidestream Processing

In the demanding environment of fish processing, maintaining strict temperature ranges for sidestreams (valuable byproducts) is critical to quality and safety. To solve this, independent IoT devices were deployed to monitor various sources, sending real-time temperature readings via SMS directly to the 5Ws platform.

Upon arrival, 5Ws instantly synchronizes these readings and other data with a dedicated Process Spreadsheet, where the "Brain" of the operation resides. The system automatically analyzes the data against three critical variables: the specific sidestream type, the geographical location of the device, and the temperature threshold.
